Our pyroelectric detectors are the centrepieces of our customer’s analysers and flame detectors. These pyroelectrics make quality more than only a requirement. Already during the designing stage, our engineers make sure that every infrared detector can be produced with consistent high quality. With more than 30 years of experience in our field, we have developed technologies for standard products and customer-specific solutions, which have proven suitable for series production.
Every infrared detector undergoes a standard 100% function test. The storage of measurement data has no time limits. Every single pyroelectric detector receives its own serialisation. Thus, backtracks to every level (production batch, purchase item, operator) are possible at any time.
One in six employees of our sensor division works in the quality assurance department to monitor processes, set and maintain thresholds and to check and calibrate our measurement systems.
