Enter the distance to your target and/or the desired image field. The field of view calculator then determines all combinations of camera, lens and detector that meet your requirements. Alternatively, you can specify the pixel size. The user is responsible for entering physically sensible values. Due to imaging conditions, especially with lenses with very short focal lengths, the actual image field may be up to 25% larger than specified in the calculations.
